That the Deputy Leader and Cabinet member for Housing Management approved the procurement strategy outlined in this report for the Fire Fighting Equipment, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting and Warden Call Installations Contract and the Door Entry Systems contract at an estimated annual cost of £730,288 for a period of 3 years from 1June 2013 plus the option for two 12 month extensionsmaking a total contract value of £3,651,440.
