To approve contract awards for bailiff services to be provided on a call down basis to the revenues & benefits service and parking services.

That the award of a place in the bailiffs framework agreement to the five suppliers named in the closed report for a period of four years, at a nominal annual cost of £1.35M between them, being a total cost of £5.4M over the four years (see paragraph 8 of the report for reasons a nominal cost is used) be approved.
