To report and seek approval of award of contracts

Decision:

·  The the award of contracts for the delivery of Advice and Legal Services for the period 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2013 to the providers as set out in the final 2 columns of the table in paragraph 22 for the total sum of £3,568,400 for the three year period be approved

·  The the allocation of resources to each of the service packages for the three year period 2010/13 as set out in paragraph 7 be approved
