Decision details

To approve the award of the works contract to deliver the new centre at 201-205 Camberwell Road

1.  That the award of the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) 2016 Design and Build (JCT 2016 D&B) main works contract for the refurbishment of 201-205 Camberwell Road to Borras Construction Limited (Borras) in the sum of £2,159,970.35 for a period of 34 weeks commencing on 26 January 2026, be approved.

2.  That it be noted that the award of the contract referred to in paragraph 1 above is subject to an internal arrangement between the Housing Revenue Account and the General Fund through a memorandum of occupation as detailed in paragraphs 63 to 65 of the report.
