That officers be instructed to publish an Experiential Traffic Management Order (“ETMO”) for the implementation of road safety measures which includes footway widening, raised crossings, safety bollards, and changes to loading and parking on Bedale Street, Cathedral Street, Stoney Street and Park Street.
