Purpose:

Appointment of consultants to carry out stock condition surveys to inform future major building works

Decision:

 

1.  That the award of a contract to Property Tectonics Ltd to carry out the externally delivered requirements of the Stock Condition Survey & Data Services Programme for the sum of £9,138,271.41 for a period of four years from 28 April 2025, be approved.

 

2.  That the overall cost of the Stock Condition Survey and Data Services Programme to be £11,012,420 over four years, be approved.
