Purpose:

Gateway 2 Gym Refurbishment

Decision:

That the Acting Strategic Director of Environment, Sustainability and Leisure approves the award of the works contract to NMCK Ltd for refurbishment of the leisure services gyms for the value of £748,539 starting on 4 November 2024 for a period of seven weeks, plus a contingency of £75,000 for any unforeseen works, and approves that the authority for contingency spending be delegated to the Head of Leisure for efficient management of unforeseen expenses.
