Purpose:

To agree the updated Southwark Tenancy Strategy and the Southwark Council Tenancy Policy.

Decision:

1.  That the feedback from the statutory consultation on the draft Southwark Tenancy Strategy and Southwark Council Tenancy Policy in paragraphs 24-29 of the report, be noted.

 

2.  That the revised Southwark Tenancy Strategy in Appendix A of the report be agreed.

 

3.  That the revised Southwark Council Tenancy Policy in Appendix B of the report be agreed.
