Extension of existing arrangements whilst out to procurement
Decision:
1. That the variation of Contract A (north of the borough) Lift Maintenance Contract to Liftec Lifts Ltd to extend the term of the contract for a period of ten months from 1 October 2022 to 31 July 2023 at an estimated additional cost of £1.54m, making a total revised estimated contract value of £13.47m be approved.
2. That the variation of Contract B (south of the borough) Lift Maintenance Contract to Guideline Lift Services Ltd to extend the term of the contract for a period of ten months from 1 October 2022 to 31 July 2023 at an estimated additional cost of £1.22m making a total revised estimated contract value of £10.65m be approved.
