Communal repairs to council owned social housing assets. These repairs are chargeable to leaseholders and the contracts deliver repairs to grounds, paving and the external fabric of buildings.

1.  That the variation of Contract A (north of the borough) Roofing and Rainwater Chargeable Contract to Bridgewater Roofing Contractors Ltd to extend the term of the contract for a period of eight months from 1 October 2021 to 31 May 2022 at an estimated extra over cost of £969k making a total revised estimated contract value of £4.754m be approved.

2.  That the variation of Contract B (south of the borough) Roofing and Rainwater Chargeable Contract to A&E Elkins Ltd to extend the term of the contract for a period of eight months from 1 October 2021 to 31 May 2022 at an estimated extra over cost of £832k making a total revised estimated contract value of £3.719m be approved.
