Works Contract Award

1.  That the award of works contract for a portfolio of refurbishment/conversion of existing street properties to self-contained flats, as noted in paragraph 3; under a single contract to Niblock Builders  Limited, for a fixed period and duration of 45 weeks from approximately 9 August 202, for the contract sum of £1,852,247 be approved.

2.  That it be noted that the total scheme costs of £2,210,584 includes associated on-costs of £265,726 and contingency as noted in the closed report.
