To agree a 5 year extension to the contract

1.  That it be agreed that prior approval be granted for the variation of the quality auditing of mechanical services contract to Gas Advisory Services Ltd (trading as Phoenix Consultancy Management) (PCM) to extend the term of the contract for a period of five years from 4 January 2021 at an estimated additional cost of £185k per annum making a total estimated extension cost of £925k and estimated contract value of £1.85m for 10 years.

2.  That the shortening of the written notice period provision to be given to PCM from 3 months to one month for this variation, be noted.
