Purpose:

Extension of existing contract for a period of 12 months

Decision:

1.  That the variation of the printing and document management services contract to Swiss Post Solutions Ltd to extend the term of the contract for a period of 1 year from 1 October 2017 at an estimated cost of £600,000 be approved.

 

2.  That the cost of this contract extension (£600,000) combined with expenditure for the period 1 March 2015 to 30 September 2017 makes a total estimated contract value of £2,174,000 be noted.
