Purpose:

To approve the award of contract to appoint design team and professional consultants for SILS, 3 PRU and Day 6 facility

Decision:

1.  That the award of a professional service contract for the full design and project management services to develop a scheme to provide new accommodation for the Southwark Inclusive Learning Services 3 (SILS 3) Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) to Faithful and Gould, under the Scape framework be approved.

 

2.  That the appointment will be a NEC3 professional services contract for approximately 148 weeks commencing 16 December 2016 for a fixed fee of £934,908.
