Approval of procurement strategy and contract award

1.  That the single supplier procurement strategy for printing and document management services (PDM) for the period 1 March 2015 to 30 September 2016 be retrospectively approved.

2.  That the contract award for PDM for the period 1 March 2015 to 30 September 2016 to Swiss Post Solutions Limited at an estimated cost of £982,200 be retrospectively approved.

3.  That the single supplier procurement strategy for PDM for the period 1 October 2016 to 30 September 2017, with an option of extending for one period of up to 12 months be retrospectively approved.

4.  That the contract award for PDM for the period 1 October 2016 to 30 September 2017 to Swiss Post Solutions Limited at an estimated cost of £485,000, with an optional extension taking contract value to £1,440,000 be approved. That it be noted that the award will be effected by way of a deed of variation.
