To approve the Tenants and Residents Social Improvements Grant for the delivery of social improvement initiatives involving Tenants and Residents Associations in council estates

That the Cabinet member for housing approve the Tenants & Residents Social Improvements Grant programme recommendations for 2016-17 for a total sum of £180,000 to the 27 organisations, detailed in appendix 1.
