To agree the consultation process around the future of mental health day services

1.  That the proposed consultation and documents as set out in the report and its appendices be agreed.

2.  That the following proposals being consulted upon be noted:

·  To invest in a new information, advice and signposting support service for people with mental health needs which will be free and accessible to all;

·  To invest in further support for social inclusion and the coordination of peer support for people with mental health needs, which will be free and accessible to all;

·  To continue our new investment in a free reablement service that will support people with moderate or substantial social care needs.
