Purpose:

To agree the procurement strategy for sites billed monthly maximum demand sites

Decision:

1.  That the procurement strategy outlined in this report for the supply of electricity to maximum demand sites be approved.

2.  That the use of a Consortium contract to award the supply of electricity to maximum demand sites for a four year period from October 2012 be approved.

 

3.  That the evaluation outlined in this report of the two buying consortia for the award of the contract proposed in this report, namely LASER and Buying Solutions be approved.
