To agree the procurement strategy for sites consuming over 100kW per half hour
Decision:
That the procurement strategy outlined in this report for the supply of electricity to half hourly metered sites be approved.
That the use of a Consortium to supply electricity to half hourly sites for a four year period from October 2012 be awarded.
That the evaluation outlined in this report of the two buying consortia for the award of the contract proposed in this report, namely LASER and Buying Solutions be approved.
