• Councillor Nick Stanton - Pecuniary - During the debate on this item Councillor Nick Stanton declared an disclosable pecuniary interest as reference was made to a planning committee that the company he works for had been instructed to act. He therefore withdrew for the remainder of the debate and vote on the item.
