1.  To note that the consultation on the South Bank and Waterloo Neighbourhood Forum re-designation closed on 7 February 2019, and four representations have been received.   

 

2.  To agree to designate the South Bank and Waterloo Neighbourhood as the Neighbourhood forum for the South Bank and Waterloo Neighbourhood Area.
