I go to Burgess park twice a day with my dog - we absolutely love
it, but we feel it is lacking one important thing - a gated dog
area. It would be a great place to let the dogs of in a safe
environment and also this would help in not scaring some of the
people and wildlife in the park who aren’t keen on dogs!
There are dog parks in Myatts Fields and Goose Green - you would
see that it is a great place for the dog’s, owners and the
park residents. I feel that Burgess park easily has enough room to
establish a gated dog area. It also a good place for dog and owner
socialising, and dogs would learn to play, socialise and have fun
in a controlled environment- please help in making Burgess park
even better!
