1.  That the proposed 2018-19 Home Owners Fund (HOF) budget of £189,900 as summarised in Appendix 2 of the report, following consultation with the Home Owner Fund Management Committee (HFMC) and the Home Owner Council (HOC) be approved.

 

2.  That this approval is further subject to the requirement that expenditure involving the procurement of external services is subject to compliance with current internal governance requirements and procurement and financial practices as set out in paragraph 27 of the report.

 

3.  That the proposed Home Owner Council two year strategy and work plan (2018-19 and 2019-20) attached as Appendix 1 of the report be noted.

That the variation of the second asbestos removal contract (contract B) to Ductclean (UK) Ltd to extend the term of the contract for a period of two years from 15 December 2018 at an estimated cost of £2.18m (£1.09m per annum) be approved.
