1. That the establishment of an Additional Restrictions Grant scheme, as outlined in this report, for immediate implementation be agreed.
2. That it be agreed that future decisions on recommended grant awards made through the Additional Restrictions Grant scheme will be delegated to the Chief Executive, on recommendation of the assessment panel.
3. That it be agreed that the Additional Restrictions Grant scheme is extended as required under the same conditions in the event that there is a further continuous period of national restrictions (currently anticipated to cease on 2 December 2020) or where Southwark enters into ‘very high’ local restrictions immediately thereafter.
