1. That the award of the contract to deliver landscape construction works for Dickens’ Fields to Tilhill Forestry Ltd (trading as Tilhill) for a contract period of 31 weeks commencing 23 October 2020 be approved.
2. That the award of this contract with a client contingency to address the items identified in paragraph 61 of the report be approved and that approval of the contingency fund be delegated to the Director of Leisure.
