1. That the award of a works contract for Underhill Road, Bassano Street and Henslowe Road, SE22 to Faithdean PLC for the contract sum of £3,603,429 for a period of 60 weeks from site possession commencing 1 February 2021 be approved.
2. That the total project costs as detailed in paragraph 60 of the report be noted.
