1. That the variation of the Temporary Accommodation (TA) Void Works for Traded Services Contract A to BCS (Electrical And Building Services) Ltd (BCS) to extend the term of the contract for a period of 12 months from 1 September 2020 at an estimated additional cost of £489,030 making a total estimated contract value of £989,030 be approved.
2. That the variation of the Temporary Accommodation (TA) Void Works for Traded Services Contract B to GC Construct Ltd (GCC) to extend the term of the contract for a period of 12 months from 1 September 2020 at an estimated additional cost of £550,577 making a total estimated contract value of £1,050,577 be approved.
