1. That the inclusion in the council’s allocation scheme of the proposed pre-allocation lettings process for new build affordable homes as set out in the report be approved.
2. That the proposed process take effect from 1 January 2020.
3. That a report is provided to the Cabinet Member for Housing Management and Modernisation and Cabinet Member for Social Regeneration, Great Estates & New Homes within twelve months providing an evaluation of the policy and recommendations on how it could be further improved.
