1. That the consultation response on the proposed merger of Kensington and Chelsea and Morley College London be noted.
2. That authority be delegated to the Head of the Chief Executive’s Office to submit the formal consultation response to Kensington & Chelsea College as provided at Appendix 1 of the report.
