That the award of the main contract works through the Notting Hill Genesis Constructor’s framework for the construction of 24 new homes on the Old Kent Road Petrol Station site (Penry Street) to Glenman Corporation Ltd in the sum of £7,404,829.00, together with a provisional sum allowance of £288,470.00, for a period of 27 Months commencing on 7 June 2021, be approved.
