1. That the introduction of a new Ward Fund (WF) for ward councillors to organise at least six ward based meetings a year be approved.
2. That the creation of a Democracy Fund (DF) to allow communities to hold their own events/meetings to tackle local priorities be approved and that decisions relating to these events, after consultation with the council community champions, be delegated to the director of communities.
3. That future ward fund decisions be delegated to the cabinet member for culture, leisure, equalities and communities.
4. That Leader’s Question Time be replaced with an annual residents conference to be coordinated by community champions.
