1. That the award of the Reablement Services (interim arrangements) contract to Thames Homecare Limited for a period of 15 months from 1July 2019 to 30 September 2020, for an estimated value of £1.8m be approved.
2. That it be noted that the council has negotiated a reduction in rate which is back dated to the start of the council’s financial year 1 April 2019.
