1. That the award of a works contract for 39-44 Rutley Close, to Guildmore Ltd for the contract sum of £5,698,915 commencing from 9 December 2019 for a period of 84 weeks be approved.
2. That the total scheme costs as detailed in paragraph 59 of the report be noted.
