That the extension and variation of the domestic abuse service contract to Solace Women’s Aid for a maximum period of fifteen months commencing on 8 July 2018 and up to a maximum contract value of £718,750 be approved. The extension and the changes to the service outlined within paragraphs 21 to 23 will be effected by way of a formal deed of variation.
