1. That the award of a works contract for Tenda Road to Collier Contracts Limited in the sum of £1,943,027.57 and an additional contingency amount for £200,611.36 for a period of 52 weeks from the 30 July 2018 plus 12 weeks for mobilisation be approved.
2. That the total scheme costs of £2,482,847 as detailed in paragraphs 59-61 of the report be noted.
