1. That the award of works contract for 95a Meeting House Lane to ENGIE Regeneration Ltd in the sum of £7,296,533, commencing Monday 22 January 2018 for a period of 82 weeks from site possession be approved, and that the contractor’s change of name as set out in paragraph 9 of this report be noted.
2. That the total scheme costs of £8,552,680 noted in paragraph 61 of the report be noted.
