1. That the award of a works contract for Ivy Church Lane, to Aspen Build (East Anglia) Limited for a contract sum of £5,555,148 and an additional contingency amount of £277,757 for a period of 82 weeks from site possession commencing 2 July 2018 plus 12 weeks mobilisation be approved.
2. That the project’s associated on costs of £1,115,560 as detailed in paragraph 60 of the report be noted.
