1. That the extension of the property insurance and related insurances contract, with Zurich Municipal (ZMI) for a period of one year with effect from 1 October 2017 at a total maximum estimated contract value of the extension of £1,500,000 be approved.
2. That changes to the insurance cover that may reduce the estimated contract value be considered and approved.
