1. That the Planning Enforcement Plan which sets priorities for action against unauthorised development and provides information for those affected by investigations be noted.
2. That the Planning Enforcement Plan be publicised on the council website.
3. That the use of Fixed Penalty Notices in respect of unauthorised advertisements in the borough be authorised.
