1. That the strategic flood risk assessment (SFRA) and associated documents attached as Appendix 1 of the report be noted.
2. That the SFRA for use throughout the London Borough of Southwark in accordance with the council’s responsibilities as a lead local flood authority (LLFA) and local planning authority (LPA), as set out in the national planning policy framework (NPPF), section 10 (item 100), be adopted.
