1. That the consultation responses received from the public, in respect of the application from the Old Bermondsey Village Neighbourhood Forum (“OBVNF”) to be designated as a Neighbourhood Forum including Appendix A, B, C and D of the report, be noted.
2. That the mediation agreement between the London Borough of Southwark and Old Bermondsey Village Neighbourhood Forum set out in Appendix F of the report, dated 15/6/15, be noted.
3. That the Old Bermondsey Village Neighbourhood Forum be designated as the Neighbourhood Forum for the designated Neighbourhood Area known as Area A (designated on 20 October 2014 and shown on the map in Appendix A of the report).
