1. That the progress the Council has made in executing its roles and responsibilities as a Lead Local Flood Authority (“LLFA”) pursuant to the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (“the Act”) and the Flood Risk Regulation 2009 (“the Regulations”) be noted.
2. That the consultation report, the Local Flood Risk Management Strategy (“LFRMS”), the Strategic Environmental Assessment (“SEA”) and the Adoption Statement attached as appendices 1 – 4 of the report respectively be noted.
3. That the LFRMS and the SEA be adopted for use across the borough in accordance with the Act and the Regulations.
