1. That the Highway and Lighting investment programme for 2013/14 and their implementation as set out in the body of the report and the attached appendices is agreed.
2. That all capital investment be limited to the Public Highway maintainable at public expense and in line with the criteria set out in Paragraph 19 is agreed.
3. That decisions on investment selections made by Community Councils are implementable subject to approval by the Head of Public Realm are agreed.
