1. That the outcome of the consultation conducted in the period 1 October 2013 to the 4 November 2013 be noted.
2. That the attached housing allocations scheme with a view to implementing the amendments to the housing allocations policy as outlined in the attached housing allocations scheme from the 1 January 2014 be agreed.
