1. That the proposed non-statutory fees and notes the statutory fees and charges for 2014/15, with an implementation date of 1 April 2014 be approved.
2. The fact that due to efficiencies in the new Parking Contract and the proposed implementation of virtual permits, it is possible for all charges for off- street and on-street parking to be frozen for the third year running be noted.
3. That the new parking contract also allows for a more flexible permit regime of short stay visitor permits available to residents be noted.
