Approved the award of the interim repairs and maintenance contract under the Watford Community Housing Trust (WCHT) Framework for Camberwell, Peckham, Nunhead, Peckham Rye and Dulwich to Mears Limited commencing on 3 October 2012 for twelve months with a cost of up to £12,200,000.
