1. That the proposed variation in charges for housing operations set out in Appendix 1 of the report and specialist housing services set out in Appendix 2 of the report be agreed.
2. That the implementation of the proposed statutory and non-statutory fees and charges for 2013/14 from 1 April 2013 be agreed.
