Minutes:
A late amendment to item 7.1: Proposed children and young people’s plan was circulated at the meeting.
In accordance with council assembly procedure rule 1.11(m) Councillor Paul Bates, seconded by Councillor Peter John, moved a procedural motion to suspend the following rules in order that the late amendment could be debated:
· CAPR 2.9 (4) – Notice for amendment to be delivered.
· CAPR 1.9 (2) (3) – Amendment similar to one previously rejected and notice for amendment to be delivered.
The procedural motion was put to the vote and declared to be lost.
