Councillor Victoria Mills, Cabinet Member for Finance, Performance and Brexit gave an overview of the proposed Policy and Resources Strategy 2020/21.

The overview and scrutiny committee then heard from cabinet members and chief officers on their respective budget portfolio areas and asked questions of cabinet members.

Following the question and answer session it was agreed that the overview and scrutiny committee meeting adjourn to Wednesday 29 January 2020 to consider and agree its recommendations to cabinet.
