Councillor Gavin Edwards declared an interest in item 5, Cabinet Consultation with Scrutiny on the Budget 2020/21 as he was married to Councillor Victoria Mills, Cabinet Member for Finance, Performance and Brexit. He advised that he would leave the meeting during the discussion and question/answer session with Councillor Mills.
